Terms of Service

ValidatorMind (“Service”) provides AI-powered monitoring and automated remediation for blockchain validator infrastructure. The Service connects to customer-owned monitoring endpoints (Prometheus, Grafana, RPC nodes, and similar) to collect telemetry data, detect anomalies, and — where configured — execute remediation scripts against customer-designated targets.

The Service is provided as-is and subject to availability. ValidatorMind does not guarantee uninterrupted access or 100% uptime. Service level commitments are described in the subscription plan you select at signup.

Fees are billed on a monthly or annual basis according to the plan in effect at the time of billing. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days’ prior written notice. Fee changes apply to the next billing cycle following the notice period. If you do not accept the new fee, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

Overdue balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law). You are responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Monitor infrastructure you do not own or have explicit permission to monitor.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service or its outputs.
• Use the Service to facilitate illegal activity under any jurisdiction where you operate.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without a written agreement with ValidatorMind.
• Use automated scripts or bots to overload or attempt to bypass rate limits.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValidatorMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or validator rewards, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

ValidatorMind’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You are solely responsible for the operation, security, and maintenance of your validator infrastructure. ValidatorMind is a monitoring and alerting tool — it does not run your validator nodes and does not take instruction from you regarding blockchain consensus decisions.

Auto-remediation features execute scripts on your infrastructure at your direction. You are responsible for ensuring those scripts are safe, tested, and appropriate for your environment. ValidatorMind disclaims all liability for the outcome of any remediation script you configure.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable sanctions regulations, including those enforced by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the European Union, or any other relevant jurisdiction.

Either party may terminate a subscription at any time via the Account Settings page or by contacting support. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds are provided.

ValidatorMind may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or engage in conduct that harms the Service, its users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the United States. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact ValidatorMind and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for at least 30 days.
